1904 Barbell Club

Vince Martinez and Ray Fernandez program and coach the 1904 Barbell Club. Their focus on technique and efficiency allows our athletes to meet their various goals.  Each athlete is different and ranges from beginners to serious competitors.  Whether you just want to learn the lifts or prepare for competitions, this program can help you get there.

The 1904 Barbell Club programs cycles in four-week increments.  Each cycle is designed to help the athlete improve different aspects of their lifting and strength training.  During that time you will receive coaching three days a week – Thursday, and Saturday (Thursday at 6pm, 8am on Saturday). This program is flexible and can be utilized outside of these days and the coaches will work with you to make sure you are getting the attention you need and making progress week after week.
