CrossFit Story: I began CrossFit in 2009 to help me become a stronger endurance athlete, and began coaching in 2010. Since then, I have consistently expanded my knowledge and growth in CrossFit through managing and programming, training, coaching, participating in seminars, achieving certifications, and gaining 8 years of experience learning from some of the best along the way. I have always enjoyed the unique energy and camaraderie that CrossFit athletes can give one another. Boombox is a special place! The positivity, support, leadership, and growth mindset permeates throughout our community, and I am happy to lead and train alongside such wonderful humans.
