We asked our coaches something important

What do you hope our members take away from your classes at crossfit 1904?

We offer a phenomenal mix of coaches at CrossFit 1904. Everyone has their specialities and areas of expertise. We’re different ages, different personalities, and come from different backgrounds. We do all have one thing in common, and that’s a love for fitness and community that extends beyond ourselves.

Our team is prepared to coach all ages and abilities. CrossFit is for everybody, and our coaching staff truly embodies this in their coaching and their classes.

Coach Morgan

“I want members to walk away from the gym feeling stronger, more confident, and more capable than when they walked in. I want them to build discipline, consistency, resilience, and a better understanding of their bodies. More than anything, I want them to develop a positive relationship with fitness - to see exercise as something that empowers them, builds self-respect, and carries over into every area of their lives.”

Coach Annie

“I hope our members walk away knowing they can do hard things, not just in the gym but in life. The energy they feel when they accomplish a goal is something they can carry into every part of their lives. I hope they take the lessons they learn about fitness and share that with their families, friends, and neighbors, showing how powerful it can be to prioritize your health. Most of all, I want our members to know that they're part of a community that cares not only about their fitness goals but about what's happening in their lives outside the gym.”

Coach Keegan

“A new sense of confidence and self worth. If they can show up and do hard things in the gym, they can take that same mindset to overcome challenges and obstacles in their everyday life.”

Coach Elise

“I hope our members feel proud of what their body can do. Whether that’s going up the stairs without being winded or putting their body weight over their head.
I hope they feel like they found their people. I hope they leave every day thinking, ‘I love it here. That workout sucked - can’t wait to see you tomorrow for another one.’ “

Coach Art

“I hope members walk away continuing to learn more about themselves and what they’re truly capable of. I want them to feel proud, happy, and excited knowing they’re investing in themselves for the long term. Most importantly, I hope they recognize that the effort they put in today is building the strength, confidence, and health that will serve them well in the future.”
