I love coaching the clean. I love seeing people understand the movement and put the pieces together.
I started doing CrossFit during the off season of college soccer to keep myself in shape. I fell in love almost instantly. It also gave me a unique group of people to hangout with. Friends for life. Eventually, I decided to become a coach because fitness is one of the few things that I absolutely love and feel the need to share with as many people as possible.

So I’m on a mission to help make it as doable as possible. CrossFit and the barbell are life changing for women! I’m not only helping them be the strongest they can be, but also helping them be confident in themselves and not apologize for taking up space.

I was seeking some sort of community and outlet after leaving sports in high school. Crossfit gave me the ability to continue to have that athlete mindset, but with more emphasis on my health and wellness. I learn best while teaching others, and I love the community aspect of this gym! It’s my happy place. I’ve grown a lot both physically and mentally. I appreciate my gym family!
