Adaptive Strength and Conditioning

Our Adaptive Strength and Conditioning program was born with the desire and passion to help individuals with mental (TBI) and/or physical disabilities to find their “new” normal.  Functional fitness training doesn’t have to stop if you have an impairment.  Getting in and out of your wheelchair easier, learning how to squat with a missing lower limb, or learning how to press if you’re blind, are some of the things we teach and adapt to your abilities.
