Foundations $160

  • Learn the foundational movements of CrossFit in a small group setting with other beginners across 4 classes with a concurrent FREE month of membership.

  • Foundations classes are available before and after a typical work day
    Tuesday/Thursday 5:30pm - 6:30pm
    Wednesday/Friday 6:30am - 7:30am

  • There is no waiting around! You can start Foundations on any Tuesday - Friday.

  • Jump start your fitness at the most affordable price in San Diego. We utilize small group glasses (capped at 5 people) and our expert coaching staff to get you feeling confident in the gym.
