Our expert coaches at CrossFit 1904 are here to support, guide, and propel you through your fitness journey. Whether you’re new to working out or an experienced CrossFitter, our team will help give you the best experience and results every single day.

Schedule

With a variety of class times, you can find a convenient time to get a great WOD (workout of the day). Our coach led classes are 60 minutes long and consist of a coach-led warmup, strength or skill work, workout, and mobility/cool down. If you’re looking to improve your movement, strength, health, and fitness, this is the place for you!
